Community Collaboration

Designfarm Architects have enjoyed working with The Ardargh Community Trust, Hands On Bristol and Coombs Jones  to repurpose part of an existing pavilion to create a new, fully accessible cafe and lightweight hub space which will be available for use by the local community year-round.

The site is situated on Horfield Common, in North Bristol and is a focal point in the surrounding residential area. It is a distinct project which forms part of a long-term programme of work to transform the ex-local authority facility to better meet the needs of the local community now and into the future.
