How we work: Services and example fees

We are all too aware that the process of engaging an architect can be a daunting one, and one, in all likelihood, linked to the single largest purchase a client will make. When opening our architectural practice in Stroud, we wanted to ensure that we make that process as transparent, and therefore as accessible, as possible. We have therefore produced a visual guide to help our clients understand the process,  that describes each stage of the process, and what services we can offer to assist. The diagram illustrates a project that involves ‘full’ architectural services, to allow for the clearest picture on the work and our potential fees involved. While this is the traditional role of the architect, we have clients that use our services to less or more degrees depending on the scheme, the complexity of the project and their experience. While these fees are for guidance only, based on a typical example project we hope they offer some reassurance as to how we may be able to assist you.
